A staple of any tiki bar - the flotsam known as a "glass float". Mass produced and used by fishermen to hold their nets, these colorful glass orbs in woven net sacks are a mainstay of beachcomber style. Nick Picard and Jason Bush will teach you a bit about them and help you tie a sample around a pingpong ball you can have for a necklace.
Nick Picard and Jason Bush are the proud proprietors of the Voodoo Outpost & the Atomic Flamingo Hotel and Casino and have participated in the Atlanta Tiki home bar tour several times. They moved to Atlanta in 2011 where they were active in the local and national Steampunk scene with their band The Gin Rebellion. Whether mixing a cocktail, preparing a feast, belting out a tune, or sewing an outfit, they tick all the boxes! Always dressed to impress, the attention to detail they effect in apparel extends to everything they do and the friendships they make.

Cocktail Uncultured is for everyone who wants to know and appreciate more about what's in your glass.
We're Uri and Eric. We met at a local bar where Uri started as a patron of Eric, growing into a strong friendship based on building delicious, innovative cocktails.
We quickly realized that we all started from the same place: we didn't know what made cocktails great, but we knew a good one when we tried it. We all personally made it our mission to learn more through books, videos, and of course trial and error.
We want to share what we know with YOU, the at-home bartender yearning to learn more. Have you ever wanted to be your own bartender or learn how to make awesome drinks?
Join us for online classes to learn more about cocktails and how to make them yourself!
