  • These are only available for Thursday to Sunday (if link says you must book 5 nights, just refresh the page.  It has a glitch.)
  • The description does not mention the balcony, but these are specifically just the rooms with balconies that overlook the inside atrium space.  
  • If you want a room on Wednesday night or Sunday night, then you will need to book a non balcony room.
  • The hotel is having 1,000 rooms check in 24 hours after our event concludes, so these rooms are not available for stay over.
  • There is no deposit required on the rooms.  If you cancel less than 72 hours before checkin they will charge you the first night room cost.
  • There is no late checkout without paying for it.  We will be having a baggage hold area in our space for people to store luggage on Sunday until they are ready to leave.

  • This includes rooms that have windows that look at the atrium and rooms that look at Centennial Olympic Park.  
  • Some of these rooms have balconies that are outside the building overlooking the park and there are Suites included in this link.
  • The rooms available in this link are for check in a few days before and after the event, so this is where people coming in early or staying late should book.
  • There is no deposit required on the rooms.  If you cancel less than 72 hours before checkin they will charge you the first night room cost.
    
  • There is no late checkout without paying for it.  We will be having a baggage hold area in our space for people to store luggage on Sunday until they are ready to leave.
    
• Please note that we will be working with the hotel to group party rooms together.  This hotel does not have 1st floor rooms that open into a large space, so we will be reimagining the party scene this year.  Email jchaffin@inuhele.com if you know you want to host an event in your room.
